What you get
- One job that wastes your week, done properly. If you need more than one, I'll quote each so you can start with the one that matters most.
- It runs in your accounts. I set it up in your name, you hold the credentials, and you own the data from day one. At this size the running costs are usually nothing, and I'll tell you the number before we start.
- Support runs 90 days from handover. In that time I fix what's broken and answer questions, at no extra cost. After that you own a working thing and a written guide. If you'd rather I stayed involved, I'll quote it.
- If I step away, you're not stranded. Your accounts, your data, exportable, with the guide. That is the point of building it in your name.
- Some things need more than a standard quote: anything where a quiet failure hurts someone, anything holding sensitive personal records, anything needing round the clock availability, anything regulated. They can be built, but someone has to be on the hook for them, and I'll price that honestly or say it isn't for me.
I won't sell you what you don't need, and I won't make anything up.

It can reach only what that job needs, and there's nothing new to buy.
Build
Nothing off the shelf fits? I build the one thing that ties your tools together, in your accounts and in your name.
Most of what I build needs no AI while it runs. When it does, it uses an AI account you already have, and I'll tell you what it costs to run before we start.
Finish
Started something that stalled halfway, or works on your machine and nowhere else? I'll finish it or get it running, through forgehand.
Fixed price, quoted before I start. You'll never get an open-ended bill.
Who you'd be dealing with
Twenty years keeping businesses' systems running. So what I build is made to keep working, not just to look good in a demo: set up in your accounts, in your name, with a written guide.
Every change goes through forgehand, my own build system. One AI writes the code, a second, independent AI has to approve it, and it has to pass its tests before it reaches you. Nothing ships because one AI said it was fine. It uses the AI you've heard of, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and takes none of them at its word.
